Freight and Product Availability

Note: ALL deliveries by Courier must be signed for and someone MUST be available at the delivery address at all times during normal business hours to receive the goods. Shipments may incur a re-delivery fee of $15 and delivery delays, if undeliverable the first time. This cost would need to be passed on to the customer.

- All shipping costs are estimated and may be adjusted before payment processing, due to pricing or weight variations. You will be notified by email if this occurs.
- Any overseas shipments will be sent by Australia Post Air-Mail, and usually take 1-3 weeks to arrive. These will be subject to a maximum weight of 20kg. We do not ship any mains power products outside of Australia.
- Part-shipments of orders may occur, but only after confirmation by the customer, as extra shipping costs may be incurred.
- All shipments will be confirmed by email within 24 hours of despatch.
- Any shipments that go missing, will need to be investigated by both, the carrier and Bleeding Edge Computers, before a replacement shipment will be sent.

Shipping Methods

- Orders under 500 grams: For all orders under 500 grams when packaged we ship using:
-- Australia Post Express 500 gram Satchels: These satchels are quite small and are only suitable for small items. The satchel has a flat measurement of 22cm wide x 35cm long.

- Orders over 500 grams and less than 3kg: For orders that are over 500 grams but less than 3kg when packaged we use either:
-- Australia Post Express 3kg Satchels: These satchels measure 31cm wide x 40cm long and are suitable for small to medium sized items.
-- Courier 3kg: This is the best option for bulky but lightweight medium to large shipments using either satchels or cartons.

- Order over 3kg: For all orders over 3kg when packaged, we usually ship by road freight courier. There is no weight or size limits.

- Australia Post Express: By using Express Post we are able to provide the ability to track and trace shipments in the event that something goes astray. Australia Post Express offers next business day deliveries to all areas of Australia that fall into their Express Post Delivery Network.

- Courier: Most shipments are overnight by air or road freight, however we are not able to guarantee this, as it is based on your location. Remote areas, eg. NT, WA and Far North QLD can take up to 4-5 days and may also incur additional remote area costs. We are able to provide track and trace for all packages and provide proof of delivery documents.

- Local Delivery: This is available to customers in the Gosford/Wyong Regions only. All orders over $50.00 (inc. GST) in value will be delivered for free. All orders under $50.00 (inc. GST) in value will incur a small $5.00 service charge.

Shipping Costs

Our Australian shipping costs are currently $9.00 for a 500g Express Post satchel, $12.50 for a 3kg Express Post satchel and a minimum of $15.00 for any other courier used (air or road). These rates are current as of 01 July 2007 and are based on the total order weight despatched.

Shipping Cut-off Times

- Australia Post Express: For orders that are in stock our cut-off time is 2pm for same day shipping. All orders past this time will ship the next business day.
- Courier: For orders that are in stock our cut-off time is 1pm for same day shipping. All orders past this time will ship the next business day.

Stock Availability

Our current business premises has limited storage and this restricts the amount of stock that we are able to carry, however most of our wholesalers provide us with a "Direct Shipment" option where they will ship our orders directly to our customers. By doing this we are still able to provide a very fast turn around on orders as well it helps us to keep our overhead costs down. This saving is then passed onto our customers in the form of highly competitive pricing.

Turn Around Times

- In Stock: This means that the stock is located on our business premises and is available for either shipping or local delivery / pick up at the earliest available time.
- 1-3 days: This means that we do not currently have stock on our business premises and baring any unforseen delays in our wholesalers re-stocking, this is the number of business days it will normally take for your order to be shipped.
- * days: This is the amount of lead time it will take for this item to ship.
- Ordered in as required: This means the item is a "Special Order". Depending on the item there could be a lead time of between 1 - 60 days. Orders of these items will require a 20% non-refundable deposit of at the time of ordering.
